About Me
Hi! I'm Laura, a senior marketing leader with over a decade of experience in the global sports and entertainment space. I've honed my craft over the years by leading teams, building strategy, and overseeing campaign execution across entire digital ecosystems in order to fuel commercial growth.
Something that plagues our industry at the moment? A whole lot of noise. I think Nate Silver's book "The Signal and The Noise" rings truer than it ever has and I use his core principle as one of my primary philosophies to moving the ball forward on any project: separating true patterns from random, distracting data. It's crucial for accurate forecasting — and it's what separates good strategy from great strategy.
I'm quite proud to say that every project I've worked on has shaped me into the leader I am today. My journey has taken me from early days campaign building at the Bristol headquarters of ESPN, to pitchside at the FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand, and beyond — from DAZN's US streaming launch in 2018 to building Two Circles' dynamic team of marketing pros where I currently advise media properties, rightsholders and brands on audience and revenue growth strategy, and how a brand's mission sits at the core of unlocking all of that revenue growth.
